Carriers bill in their own formats. Rate agreements get ignored. Overcharges slip through because no one has time to check every line. Oracron changes that — automatically, on every invoice, before you pay.
That's not a rounding error. On €5M of annual freight spend, you're likely losing €150,000–250,000 per year to invoicing errors, expired tariffs, and surcharge stacking — most of it invisible.
DB Schenker sends Sammelrechnungen. DHL uses EDI. Your regional forwarder sends a handmade PDF. Each requires someone to manually decode charge abbreviations, match them to your rate agreement, and spot the discrepancies. Nobody has time for that.
Your negotiated rates are locked in a spreadsheet nobody looks at. Carriers apply outdated tariffs. Fuel surcharges are stacked incorrectly. Weight brackets are misread. By the time it's caught — if ever — the payment window has closed and the carrier won't refund.
Most carriers have a 30–60 day dispute window. Your finance team processes invoices in batches. By the time an overcharge is found, it's been paid, the window has passed, and you're told "sorry, too late." The right time to dispute is before you pay.
Oracron reads every invoice the way your most meticulous analyst would — except it never gets tired, never misses a line, and delivers results in minutes instead of days.
AI Vision engine — our AI Vision engine — reads your carrier invoices like a human, but faster and with no blind spots. It understands carrier-specific layouts, charge abbreviations, and multi-invoice PDFs. You get structured, normalised data on every single charge line.
Our 4-tier fee code engine translates carrier-specific abbreviations (like "Treibstoffzuschl." or "Abr.Gem.Fran") into standardised internal codes. That means your analytics, your ERP exports, and your dispute documentation all speak the same language — regardless of carrier.
Your contracted rates are loaded into Oracron. Every extracted charge is automatically compared to what you actually agreed to pay — including surcharge schedules and validity dates. Discrepancies are flagged with evidence, ready to dispute.
High-confidence lines are auto-approved. Only genuinely ambiguous charges enter the human review queue — so your team spends time making decisions, not reading invoices. Every decision you make teaches the system, improving accuracy over time.

Your freight invoice data contains commercially sensitive information — carrier rates, shipment volumes, cost structures. We treat it accordingly. Every data point is protected at rest, in transit, and at the application layer.
All data between your browser, our API, and our storage infrastructure is encrypted using TLS 1.3 — the current gold standard. Older, weaker protocol versions (TLS 1.0, 1.1) are explicitly disabled. No data travels unencrypted, ever.
Your invoice files, extracted data, and rate tables are stored encrypted using AES-256. Database encryption is enabled at the infrastructure level — even in the event of a storage compromise, your data remains unreadable without the encryption keys.
Every database table enforces row-level security (RLS) at the database engine level — not just in application code. Your organisation's data is mathematically isolated from other tenants. A misconfigured query cannot return another customer's records.
API keys — including the Anthropic key that powers AI extraction — are stored exclusively in encrypted server-side secrets, never in frontend code, environment files, or version control. All AI processing happens server-side inside isolated edge functions.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase (EU Ireland), which operates on SOC 2 Type II certified data centres. We maintain a full audit log of every system action — extraction, mapping decision, review, and status change — with timestamps and user attribution.
All data is stored and processed within the European Union (Ireland). We do not transfer personal or commercially sensitive data outside the EU. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available on request for Enterprise customers.
Some enterprise IT policies restrict outbound API calls — especially to third-party AI infrastructure. If your compliance or security team won't allow direct API connectivity, we offer a secure switchbox delivery model.
We push processed audit results to a neutral, encrypted delivery endpoint — a "switchbox" — hosted within an EU data centre of your choice or inside your own network perimeter. Your systems pick up results on their own schedule, with no inbound connections required. Zero firewall rules to open. Zero cloud dependencies from your side.

Your network only polls — it never accepts connections from Oracron infrastructure.
End-to-end encrypted delivery
Results are encrypted at the source, transmitted over TLS 1.3, and re-encrypted at the switchbox using your public key.
Your perimeter, your rules
Switchbox can be deployed in your DMZ, a neutral EU co-location, or a private cloud VPC — wherever your security policy requires.
